Course Content
The course includes exercises and discussions on individual and team needs when working in a team, the leader’s role in building an effective team, the characteristics that a team requires for it to perform effectively, communication, self analysis of own team role, stages in a team’s evolution and actions that can be used to build more effective teams at work.
