Team Building Effectiveness is designed to encourage, support and enhance collaborative team efforts. It is designed to provide essential information and skills necessary to quickly build relationships and fully integrate into the existing organizational structure. During team building discussions and activities, participants will continue drawing upon the results of their Success Insights™ assessment to identify team strengths and limitations and will develop and gain consensus on a code of conduct for future team interactions. They will identify key roles, characteristics, expectations and responsibilities of a team.
