Description: The International Management Programme (IMP), was developed in 2005 by the Management Centre (=mc) in conjunction with People In Aid to address the need for highly creative, flexible and effective management in an international setting. The programme is designed to develop "rising stars" and international managers of INGOs who have further leadership potential.
